Women's Golf for Beginners?

Hi, I need to know why my feet hurt when I play golf with tennis shoes...and why does my hand hurt like its going to blister? And no, I don%26#039;t have gloves.

Women%26#039;s Golf for Beginners?
Because if you are walking on a golf course, you are walking 4-5 miles at a %26quot;whack%26quot;. Your shoes need to fit correctly or you are going to get blisters. It%26#039;s totally different from just walking about in your %26quot;day to day%26quot; life. As you get more used to the walking, especially up and down hills, your feet should become more accustomed to the %26quot;wear and tear%26quot;. As to hurting hands, you may be gripping too tightly on your club or have a %26quot;grip%26quot; flaw where you are letting loose of the club a bit as you swing. Especially as a beginner, you are hitting or swing the club more times than the average. You can be wearing your skin a little where you grip the club. This too should change over time but a glove (on either hand or both) can help.
Reply:if your feet hurt after walking around on a golf course, that could mean that you need new shoes. if you%26#039;re right-handed, and your left hand is becoming callous and blistered then you should get a golf glove for your left hand (and vice-versa if you are left-handed). hope i can help!
